(Old) Windsor already held a special place in my heart but now it occupies a whole lot more space! I will never forget this holiday, especially the day Duncan proposed. Thank you for giving us your beautiful grounds for this to happen and both of us are very grateful for the help and all the extras you added to help Duncan create such a special moment - I couldn't think of a more perfect place for it to happen.

You can also request to book our in-house photographer, Sylvie. She knows Little Dower House like the back of her hand and can help you prepare the best spot. Her style is candid, natural and whimsical and can edit shots with true to life or gorgeous editorial tones.

The Walled Garden
Come late Spring for beautiful Wisteria, or summer months for an abundance of different blooms. No matter the season, our ancient Catalpa tree can be decorated to look absolutely magical. Propose under the heart shaped leaves or arrange an intimate dinner for two.
The Woodland
A truly beautiful spot for gorgeous and natural engagement photos. From daffodils and daisies to shimmering water and golden leaves ~ April to October are our favourite months here.
Or choose to get down on one knee overlooking the woodland area, in front of The Little Dower House Summer Garden and drawing room which date back to the Renaissance era.
The Shepherd's Hut
Another incredibly romantic and intimate option for couples that love to be in secluded nature. Our luxury Shepherd's Hut is larger and more beautiful in spec than any you'll find elsewhere. Pop champagne with your new fiancé and watch the sunset from an outdoor bath over panoramic views of the rolling countryside.
The Lodge and Rose gardens
With panoramic views of Windsor Castle and the sweet smell of white summer roses, these gardens are a heavenly spot to profess your love.
