How lucky are we that you are considering Little Dower House for your special day. We are a small, family-run venue but we have big ambitions for all of our guests. We like to think that we provide a truly magical and personal experience that you just can't find at other venues!

Legal Ceremonies
Little Dower House is a fully licensed civil ceremony venue, meaning you can legally marry here whatever the size or length of your celebration.
Please note, the pricing below does not include the hire of the Registrar to perform the legal ceremony, as these fees are paid directly to the Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. You can review these costs here.
Civil Ceremony and Small Events Package
A truly special alternative to a traditional courthouse ceremony, our private gardens offer an intimate and elegant space for your legal vows. Your ceremony can be followed by a relaxed reception, surrounded by loved ones in the countryside.
This package comes with private use of the Walled Garden and Summerhouse Garden,
for up to four hours with 40 guests.
This also includes use of our beautiful Raj tent and chairs, access to the main residence's Georgian Drawing Room with indoor washroom facilities, and event planning support. You may use outside caterers and wait staff for drinks, canapés or buffet-style meals, and musicians for ambient acoustic background music until 7pm.

Elopement Package
The perfect setting for an adventure crafted around your vision. This package comes with:
A two-night stay for two in either the luxury Shepherd's Hut with hot tub or The Little Hideaway,
The exclusive use of either the Walled Garden or Summerhouse Garden for your legal ceremony,
With up to 10 witnesses,
And a photoshoot for two among the gardens.
You can also hire our in-house photographer, Sylvie, who has lived and worked at Little Dower House for many years and knows the gardens and surrounding areas like the back of her hand. She can capture your day on a whimsical wildlife walk or horse and carriage ride through Windsor Great Park, on the Long Walk in front of Windsor Castle, on a boat cruise up the Thames or a trip into central London. The sky is the limit!

Full day & Weekend Wedding packages

Bespoke options depending on whether you would like to party across one day or a full wedding weekend.
All packages include exclusive use of all of the gardens at Little Dower House for a May to September wedding,
Perfect for up to 150 guests; please enquire to discuss larger events.
Three night stay in gorgeous, luxury accommodations for up to 15 people (10 adults + 5 infants);
Planning support, supplier management and event management every step of the way; and
Lots of outdoor games, furniture, props, décor and signage of your choosing.
As a dry-hire venue, you are free to shape the day of your dreams.
Our venue also comes with:
Clean up of bridal suite after morning hair & make up, ready for the wedding couple in the evening;
Twinkly fairy lights and LED lights throughout the gardens at night;
Car parking for up to 40 cars, plus supplier vehicles;

Glamping

Provide accommodation for even more guests to stay on-site.
We can hire in beautiful bell tents to your desired specification and level of luxury. Glamping tents will be set up in the meadow near the Shepherd's Hut, only a stones throw from breathtaking views of Windsor Castle. Let us know how many people you would like to include and we will find you some great options.
